About the event
Join Boukan Bliss with guest chef Daniel Holloway for Voodoo Haggis, a unique 4-course menu celebrating 3rd cultural food by mindfully fusing Scottish & Haitian cuisines.
With the duo launching this concept in 2013, Chef Holloway and his partner Marie Fitrion are no strangers to this unusual mashup and have become masters at combining various flavours and histories inspired by their Scottish & Haitian heritage.
Each menu item tells a story that intertwines two islands that on the surface seem very different and for one night are explored as one.
